We where the first to introduce to Jordan the following ;
1st automation in immunoassays(hormonal tests) 1992
1st automation in clinical  chemistry in private sector (1995)
1st drug of abuse testing (1993)
1st to introduce water analysis in private sector.(1993)
1st to introduce complete computer net working and magnetized card for positive
      patient identification(1994).
1st to introduce H.pylori Urea breath test 1996
1st to introduce motor neuropathy profiles 2001
1^st to introduce  Schilling test for Vitamin  b12 mal-absorption.

1^st to introduce SARS blood test in Jordan ( 2003).

1^st to introduce HOMA –IR SCORE for Insulin resistance (Aug. 2006).

Educational material: we have over 25 specialized educational materials in arabic covering most diseases and its testing.

We have gained a very good reputation among fierce competition, and we have the highest rate of returning customers.

We have the minimum down time in our services and instruments in the kingdom due to regular maintenance (we have complete tools and know-how due to my background).

Our clients comes mostly from the upper financial sector like private companies, embassies and educated patients due to appreciation of quality needs.

We have been awarded distinction in quality and development award by

Who We Are

Born in Amman-Jordan in 1955

Education: 

M.S in biochemistry 1978   University of Connecticut (USA)

B.Sc in biological Analysis University of Jordan(1976)

Experience:

1992 till now: Director/owner of Hijazi Laboratories for Medical Analysis ( Amman-Jordan).

1990-1991: Technical Specialist for Du Pont co. Biomedical division in Europe (Italy , spain and  Greece ).

1984-1990: Technical Specialist for Du Pont co. Biomedical divison in the middle east (based in K uwait ).

1979-1984:  Lab director at Shiekh Zayed military hospital (Abu-Dhabi UAE).

1978-1979:   Medical Technologist at University of Jordan Hospital

.Memberships: American Association of clinical chemistry (AACC).

Jordanian Association for Lab ciences.

Awards:

 Distinction for quality and service by HH prince Faysal Ibn  Al-Hussain   2000/2001
